WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and International Development Association stipulating that International Development Association shall provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to twenty million SDR (20,000,000 SDR) for Additional Financing for the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration Project was signed on the 18th day of July 2025; WHEREAS, the House of Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said loan agreement at its 3rd regular session held on 4th day of December 2025;
