This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 17 Sub-Article (1) of the Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648 /2009 (as amended) and Article 6 Sub-Article (1) Paragraph (w) of the Immigration and citizenship service Proclamation No. 1338/2024. 1. Short Title This regulation may be cited as the “Immigration and Citizenship Service fee Regulation No.587/2026”.
