WHEREAS, the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Senegal has been signed on the 4th day of
December, 2006 in Dakar;WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said treaty at its session held on the 14th day January, of the year 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
