WHEREAS, the agreement on the Establishment of the Eastern Africa Standby Force was adopted on the 26th of June 2014 at the 3rd extra ordinary Meeting of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the Eastern Africa Region held in Malabo;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified this Agreement at its ordinary session held on the 2nd day of April, 2015;
NOW THEREFORE; in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution it is here by proclaimed as follows:
