WHEREAS, an Agreement on the industrial cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Yemen, was signed in Sanna’a, Yemen, on the 15th of April, 1999;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 2nd day of December, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
