WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 19 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organization, a member state which accepts a convention adopted by the organization has to ratify the same;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the conventions, adopted by the International Labour Organization, at its session held on the 21st day of January, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
