WHEREAS, an Air Transport Services Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the State of Kuwait was signed in Kuwait on the 26th day of October, 1998;
WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall come into force on the first day of the month from the date of the last notification, through diplomatic channels, of the completion of the respective constitutional formalities of the contracting parties, concerning the conclusion and implementation of international agreements;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 9th day of February, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
