In accordance with Article (55) (1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Adminisration Proclamation and No. 648/2009 a supplementary of Recurrent Capital Budget and financing restructuring due to the reduction of tax revenue for deficit financing from domestic borrowing approved for the 2014 E.C budget year is hereby proclaimed.
