In accordance with Article (55) (1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Adminisration Proclamation No 648/2009 asupplementary of Recurrent and Capital Budget and financing restructuring due to the reduction of external budget support for deficit financing from domestic borrowing approved for the 2013 E.C budget year is hereby proclaimed.
