WHEREAS it has become necessary to proclaim supplementary recurrent budget;
THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No.648/2009 and Article 55 (1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
