In accordance with Article 55(1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009 to withstand the impact of COVID-19 on the economy, a supplementary budget approved for the 2012 E.C budget year is hereby proclaimed as follows:
