In accordance with Article 55(1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financing Administration Proclamation No.648/2009 a supplementary of Recurrent budget and Financing restructuring for reducing the limit of domestic borrowing approved for the 2012 E.C budget year is hereby proclaimed.
