In accordance with Article 55(1) and (11) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and in accordance with Article 27 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009, a supplementary recurrent budget is hereby proclaimed.
