WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a loan amount of 9,000,000 US Dollars (Nine million US Dollars) for financing Sawla Key Afer Rural Electrification Project was signed in Addis Ababa on the 6th day of May 2008;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the agreement at its session held on the 1st day of July, 2008;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Article (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
