The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Yemen (hereinafter referred to as ” the Contracting Parties”)

Recognizing the long-standing fraternal relations and bonds of friendship between the two countries;

Desirous of further strengthening bilateral relations of cooperation for the mutual benefits of the two countries;

Conscious of achieving a greater cooperation in the field of security and extradition of offenders;
