የኮቪድ-19 ወረርሽኝን ለመከላከልና የሚያስከትለው ጉዳት ለመቀነስ ስለሚወሰዱ ክልከላዎች እና ግዴታዎች የተሸሻለ አዲስ መመሪያ ማዉጣት በማስፈለጉ ጤና ኢንስቲትዩት፤

የኢትዮጵያ የሕብረተሰብ በመድኃኒትና ምግብ አስተዳደር አዋጅ ቁጥር 1112/2011 አንቀጽ 72 ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (2)፣ በምግብ፣ መድኃኒትና የጤና ክብካቤ አስተዳደርና ቁጥጥር አዋጅ ቁጥር 661 አንቀጽ 55 ንዑስ-አንቀጽ (3) እና የምግብ፣ የመደኃኒትና የጤና ክብካቤ አስተዳደርና ቁጥጥር የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት ደንብ ቁጥር 299/2006 አንቀጽ 98 መሠረት የሚከተለውን መመሪያ አውጥቷል፡፡

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to revise and amend the directive enacted on the prohibited activities and duties to be imposed on individuals to prevent and mitigate the impact of COVID-19.

NOW, THEREFORE, this Directive is issued by the Ethiopian Public Health Institute in accordance with Article 72 (2) of the Food and Medicine Administration Proclamation No. 1112/2019, Article 55(3) of the Food, Medicine, and Healthcare Administration and Control Proclamation No. 661/2009, and Article 98 of the Council of Ministers Regulation on Food, Medicine, and Healthcare Administration and Control No. 299/2013.
