WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the General Education Sector Schools Licensing and renewal Directive No. 992/2016 to enhance transparency and improve the efficiency of licensing processes in the general education sector;

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Articles 19(4) and 34(1)(b) and (h) of Proclamation No. 1263/2013, which defines the powers and functions of federal executive organs, the Ministry of Education hereby issues this Directive.
