በኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ የአስፈጻሚ አካላትን ሥልጣንና ተግባር ለመወሰን በወጣው አዋጅ ቁጥር 1263/2014 አንቀጽ 19 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 4 እና በአዋጅ 954/2008 አንቀጽ 43 ንዑስ አንቀጽ 3 መሠረት ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር ይህን መመሪያ አውጥቷል፡፡
In accordance with artcle 19 sub article 4 of proclamation No.1263/2021, by the powers and responsibilities of the FDRE executive bodies and with artcle 43 sub article 3 of Proclamation No. 954/2016 the ministry of education declared this directive.
