WHEREAS it is found necessary to properly conserve wildlife resource by enhancing the involvement of the private sector and the community at large in the wildlife development, protection and utilization as well as in the management of wildlife conservation areas by rehabilitating the same from the disasters being sustained;

WHEREAS it is found necessary to involve the private sector and the community as the management of protected areas requires enormous investment and hence can not be covered solely by the government;

WHEREAS it is necessary to create a way for the country to become competent and preferred in the sector via expanding a partnership to protect and develop wildlife resource and further enhances environmental, social and economic benefits;

NOW THEREFORE the commission, in due accord with the provisions of article 6, 13/1 and 17/2 of Proclamation Number 541/1999 and articles 6/1 and 12 of Proclamation Number 575/2000 and article 33/25/C of Proclamation Number 1097/2011, has enacted this directive to manage wildlife protected areas with public and private partnership, directive number 838/2021.
