This Directive is issued by Ethiopian Energy Authority Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Geothermal Resources Development Proclamation № 981/2016 Article 47 Sub article (2) and Geothermal Resource Regulation № 453/2019 Article 3(3), Article 4(4), Article 5(3), and Article 7(4) that gives authorization to produce the directive.
