WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to repeal Cement Marketing Control Directive No. 940/2023;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration has issued this Directive pursuant to the provisions of Article 19 (4) of the Definitions of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs Proclamation No. 1263 /2021.
