WHEREAS, the Agreement on Cultural, Educational and Scientific Cooperation between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the State of Israel was signed in Jerusalem on the 2nd day of June, 2004;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 12 day of December, 2006;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
