WHEREAS, an Air Transport Services Agreement Between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 26th day of May, 2002;

WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall come into force on the date of the last notification of notes from either contracting party confirming its ratification in accordance with its laws and regulations;

WHEREAS, the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has confirmed its ratification of the Agreement;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of February, 2004;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows;
