WHEREAS, the Agreement, on trade between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Socialist People’s Libya Arab Jamahiriya was signed in Addis Ababa on the 27th day of January 2004.
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 21st day of October, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the constitution it is hereby proclaimed as follows;
