WHEREAS, the Marrakesh treaty to facilitate access to published works for persons who are blind, visually impaired, or otherwise print disabled was adopted in Marrakesh on 27 July 2013;
WHEREAS, the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia signed the Marrakesh Treaty on 28 June 2013;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
