WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall
provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan an amount equivalent to Three Hundred Forty-Seven Million One Hundred Thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 347,100,000.00) for financing Access to Distributed Electricity and Lighting Ethiopia Project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 23rd day of April, 2021;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the saidagreement at its 5th special session held on 7th day
of July, 2021;

NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopian Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
