WHEREAS, the Universal Access Fund has been established by law, and the Council of Ministers is mandated to issue Regulation that govern the amount, sources and management of the Fund; NOW, THEREFORE, this Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 49 Sub-Article (3) of the Communications Service Proclamation No.1148/2019.
