NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
- Short Title — This Proclamation may be cited as the “Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Russian Federation on the establishment of the Joint Ethiopian-Russian Biological Research Center Ratification Proclamation No. 1421/2026’’.
