NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows.
- Short Title — This Proclamation may be cited as the “Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Waiver of Visa Requirement for Holders of Diplomatic or official /Service Passports Ratification Proclamation No. 1422/2026”.
