This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 45 of the Warehouse Receipt System Proclamation No. 372/2003.

Part one General 1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Warehouse Receipt System Regulation No. 589/2026.” 2. Definition Unless the context otherwise requires, in this Regulation: 1/ “Ministry“ means the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration; 2/ “Authority” means Ethiopian Agricultural Authority; 3/ “Stakeholder” means any person who is a member of the Warehouse Receipt System Board established by this Regulation ;
