This Regulation is issued by the council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organ of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 1263/2021 and Article 17 (1) of the Federal Government Financial Administration Proclamation No. 648/2009 (as amended).

1.Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “Fee Rates Payable for services provided by the Environment Protection Authority Council of Ministers Regulation No.579/2025”.
