Based on the strategy of the justice sector, Strategic Affairs Directorate focuses on the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of plans, projects and budgets. It prepares the strategic and annual plans of the institution, establishes a monitoring and support system for the implementation of the plan, ensures that the strategic vision is implemented, prepares and implements performance criteria, provides feedback to the departments on the plan performance reports.
