The Information Technology and Records Management Directorate is a department under the Institutional Building and Reform Division of the Ministry of Justice. It develops and implements the Ministry’s Information Communication Technology Strategy; identify the infrastructure, hardware and software needs of information communications, prepares specifications, approves it implementation, designs and implements projects, and monitors their proper implementation. Monitors the proper functioning of systems and infrastructure, provides maintenance services for malfunctions, provides support and advice to users. Establishes network infrastructure within the Ministry, manages networks and systems. Follows up and monitors information communication technology infrastructure security, establishes a secure data exchange system.
