WHEREAS, an Air Transport Service Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Djibouti, was signed in Addis Ababa, on the 3rd day of February, 1998;

WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall definitively come into force on the date of exchange, through diplomatic channels, of the fulfillment of the respective constitutional formalities of the Contracting Parties, concerning the conclusion and implementation of international agreements;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 16th day of April, 1998;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Articles (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows
