WHEREAS, it has been proclaimed that the Dire dawa Administration should be led by provisional Administration until the establishment of Council elected by the people;

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Dire dawa Administration Council election has not been fulfilled and it has become impossible to conduct the election prior to the expiry of the provisional Administration’s term;

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to avoid Administration vacuum until the Dire dawa Administration Council election takes place;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) of the constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
