WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the existing Electronic Signature Proclamation No.1072/2018 in order to give the council of Ministers and the Information Network Security Administration the power to issue Regulations and Directives required to implement the Proclamation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in according to Article 55 Sub-Article (1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, the following is declared
