WHEREAS, the Agreement, on Multimodal Transport System between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Republic of Djibouti was signed at Djibouti on the 18th day of November 2006;
WHEREAS, The House of People’s Representative of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 3rd day of April, 2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
