WHEREAS, the Agreement on the Establishment of a Joint Ministerial Commission between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria was signed in Addis Ababa on the 29th day of April, 2006;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 25th day of June 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
