WHEREAS, the Agreement on the creation of the Ethio-Senegalese Joint Commission of Cooperation between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Senegal has been signed in Dakar on the 4th day of December, 2006;
WHEREAS, the House of the Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 14th day of January 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
