WHEREAS, the framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Military field between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Government of the Democratic Republic of Turkey has been signed in Ankara, on the 25th day of April, 2006;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said agreement at its session held on the-7th day of July 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
