WHEREAS, the Loan Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 70,600,000 SDR (seventy million six hundred thousand SDR) Special Drawing Rights for financing resilient landscapes and livelihoods project, was signed in Addis Ababa on 7th day of December 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Loan Agreement at its session held on the 5th day of April, 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article 55 sub-articles (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
