WHEREAS, the loan agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 53,600,000 SDR (fifty-three million six hundred thousand special drawing rights SDR) for financing the East Africa Skills for Transformation and Regional Integration project, was signed in Addis Ababa on the 2nd day of November 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 25th day of April, 2019;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with article 55 (1) and (12) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
