WHEREAS, a Financing Agreement, between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association shall provide to the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a Loan amount of 430,100,000 Special Drawing Rights (Four Hundred Thirty Million One Hundred Thousand SDR) Credit; for financing Development Policy was signed in Addis Ababa on the 2nd day of November, 2018;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Financing Agreement at its session held on the 4th day of December, 2018;
NOW, THERFORE, in accordance with Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is here by proclaimed as follows:
