WHEREAS, a Development Financing Agreement, between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the International Development Association stipulating that the International Development Association provide to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia a credit amount of 9,800,000 SDR (nine million eight hundred thousand SDR) for financing Productive Safety Nets Project, was signed in Washington DC on 17th December 2004;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Development Financing Agreement at its session held on the 1st day of February, 2005;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
