WHEREAS, the Agreement on trade between the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Islamic Republic of Iran was signed in Tehran on the 21^st day of July, 2002;

WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 24^th day of June, 2003;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55 Sub-Article (1) and (12) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
