WHEREAS, an Agreement on trade between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Republic of Korea was signed in Addis Ababa on the 3rd day of June, 2002;
WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into force when the parties notify each other that all legal requirements for its entry into force have been fulfilled;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 6th day of February, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with sub Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution, it is hereby Proclaimed as follows:
