WHEREAS, the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund has approved, by Resolution No. 52-4 adopted on September 23, 1997, the Fourth Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Amendment at its session held on the 16th day of May, 2002;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
