WHEREAS, the Agreement Establishing the Global Green Growth Institute was signed in Rio de Janeiro on the 20th day of June, 2012;
WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that the states shall deposit their instrument of ratification with the Director General of the Global Green Growth Institute;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 11th day of June, 2013;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
