WHEREAS, the Economic and Technical Co-operation Agreement between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the State of Qatar was signed in Doha on the 5th day of November, 2012;
WHEREAS, it is stipulated in the Agreement that it shall enter into force on the last date of exchange of instruments of ratification through diplomatic channels;
WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’ Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 6th day of June, 2013;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
