WHEREAS, the General Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has been signed in Addis Ababa on the 17th day of July, 2012;
WHEREAS, the House of People’s Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the day of 14th January, 2016;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with of Article 55 (1) and (12) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
